This policy explains what personal information Tekkers collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have tried to keep it short and in plain language.
Tekkers (“we”, “us”) is based in Greenville, North Carolina, United States. You can reach us at tekkers.org@gmail.com.
We do not ask for your name, address, phone number or any health information. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics tools.
A coach with a Team plan can add up to 20 players by email address. The coach can then see each player’s email address, total and weekly XP, number of drills finished, minutes trained, and the date they were last active. Players are shown a note in the app saying their coach can see this. We do not show a player’s progress to anyone other than their coach. If a coach removes a player or cancels the Team plan, that player’s access through the team ends.
Coaches are responsible for having permission to add their players, including permission from a parent or guardian for any player who is a minor.
We do not sell your personal information. We use these service providers, who handle data on our behalf:

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
We use your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences and progress on your device. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear this data at any time in your browser settings, but you will be signed out and may lose progress that is saved only on your device.
We keep your membership and progress information while your account or plan is active and for a reasonable time afterward. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so, except for records we must keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons. Payment records are also kept by Stripe under its own policies.
You can ask us at any time to give you a copy of your information, correct it, or delete it. Email us at tekkers.org@gmail.com from the email address you use with Tekkers, so we can confirm it is you.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also object to or ask us to restrict certain processing, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. We process your information to provide the service you asked for, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in running and securing Tekkers. If you are in California, we do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.
Tekkers is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. Players under 18 should only use Tekkers with the permission of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us information without proper consent, contact us at tekkers.org@gmail.com and we will delete it.
We use encrypted connections, sign-in links instead of passwords, and access rules so that people can only see the information they are allowed to see. No online service can be perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries, which may have different data protection rules from where you live.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you in a clear way, such as on our website or by email.
